Who We Are
These terms apply to all orders placed through vapevend.ie, operated by Vapevend Limited. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Pricing
- Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.
- Prices are shown in € and include VAT where applicable, this will be made clear at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Orders and Payment
- An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. stock issues, suspected fraud), in which case you’ll be refunded in full.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within [14 days]. You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU consumer law.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:
- use of the product other than as intended or instructed (e.g. ignoring included instructions, warnings, or labelling);
- use of the product for a purpose it was not designed for;
- modification, alteration, or repair of the product by anyone other than us or an authorised party; or
- normal wear and tear, or failure to maintain/store the product as instructed.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, unsafe, or defective products, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, which are not excluded by this clause.
